Hello,
how can I prevent XP from going into standby or hypernate mode when no user is logged on?

If a user is logged on then the settings for that user are active and works like expected.
But when no user is logged on, who's settings are active and where/how can I change them?

Even more complicated: if two users are logged on (fast user switching), who's settings are used?
