Good morning,

 

I have never experienced this problem with printing before.  When I try to print a document from word perfect, it is taking 10-15 min. to spool the job before it will print.  I have no problems printing a test page or a document from quatro pro.  I have tried problem solving using the troubleshooter, and my settings seem to be on default.  Any suggestions to fix this?

 

My system is a Dimension 4600 // pent. 4 // 512MB // 120GB.  I have also re-fraged my hard drive, compressed & deleted unused files, and I have 101GB of free space.  My printer is the A940 all-in-one.
