Problem/ issue Windows 19 Error in dell n7573
Step 1. Download and install windows 8
https://letsdownloads.com/windows-10-one-rs3-v1709-x64-16299-19-download%e2%80%8b/
Step 2. Check Update Windows 10
Setting > Change PC Setting > Windows Update > Checks for Updates Now > Restart.
Step 3. Download and install driver for dell (except driver wifi)http://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/19/product-support/product/inspiron-15-7537/drivers
This is my way to resolve and I hope you also can do it.

I download the Windows 8 iso and used the same method to fix my issue. thanks for sharing I fix it. you save My a lot of time and effort thanks :)
