The body of it says:
Application has generated an exception that could not be handled.
Process id=0x684 (1668), Thread id =0x688 (1672).
Click OK to terminate application
Click CANCEL to debug the application

If I click CANCEL I get another window that says:
Registered JIT debugger is not available.  An attempt to launch a JIT debugger with the following command resulted in an error code of 0x2(2).  Please check computer settings.

cordbg.exe !a 0x684

 
What is wrong with my machine and how do I fix this.
