Problem's after using White Canyon's WipeDrive

Hi.

I used WIPEDRIVE to completely erase my Computer, I have successfully used this method many times before, But this time after using it when I try reinstalling the Operating System, there is no DRIVER for the installation.

Apparently WipeDrive even removed my ability to complete the OS instsllation.

Any idea as to how to regain the installation Driver?

Thanks Harry K

    Hi,

    Welcome to the Community.

As per the above details you shall have to re-install the Operating System using the Disk, you may refer to the following link for assistance:

    http://windowsreinstall.com/

Once the Operating system is installed, the next step will be to re-install the drivers using the "Resource Disk" or the "Drivers and Utilities Disk"

However, if the above mentioned disks are not available, you may visit the following website to download the same with a computer which is connected to the internet:

    http://support.dell.com/

I am deeming that this is a dell machine in case if it's not you may have to contact the manufacturer to procure them.

Also the drivers for the device connected to the computer e.g. the printer also needs to be installed separately.

    Thanks,
