programs not loading properly
hi there, i'll be on my pc for a while, playing games, typing my homework, etc. then when i need to open IE or some other program, it won't open, but i do see it listed in the task manager under processes, i got no virus/malware or spyware. Any suggestions?

Im running windows xp SP2 along with lastest IE 7. It happens with IE, once IE won't open, then other programs won't open as well, but it'll be displayed in the processes list in task manager. There aren't no errors displayed.
