I once had a DVD burner on not-even yr-old vista junk - now both that and C and D drive are 'now safe to remove' and spending hours at a time going nowhere with so called "Customer Support" - cant even get to step 2 on so called fix - yep waht a glorious waste of 535 bucks - but hey I can still log onto internet! whoooo weeeee!!!!!!!
