Hello,

I have Windows XP, computer's about 2 months old, when I restart computer, I get blank screen for 7 minutes, before it loads windows.  I done all the stuff with dell tech supports with no change, in fact most of the stuff they wanted me to change was correct in my computer.. Anyone heard of this problem, very annoyning.

I have Macfee Virus, firewall installed so I don't think I picked up a virus..
