please I really appreciate because I try to re -instal xp on my del Optiplex 210l

and I can't do it

If you boot to the XP CD and it does not see any hard drives or blue screens with 0x0000007b, then you can do one of two things:

1)  Get the chipset/SATA driver and load it from a floppy at F6 during Windows Setup.  You can also use nLiteOS.com to integrate the driver into your XP installation files.

2)  Try switching the SATA controller to Compatibility or ATA mode.
