Service Pack 2
Hi, can anyone please tell me how do i find out if i have the windows xp sp2 already installed? I'm a novice at this computing business and have just read about SP2 in a magazine article, i only purchased my computer 6 weeks ago, would it already be installed?

Two ways:
1. Click on start----click on run------type in winver; a window will open that will describe your version of windows and, if SP2 is installed, it will state "Service Pack 2";
2. Click on start----click on control panel-----double click "add or remove programs"-----if SP2 is installed, it will be listed "WindowsXP Service Pack 2;
