I have recently reformated my computer and reinstalled Windows XP home and now oth of my browsers, IE 6 and Foxfire are scrolling very very slow. Both with the mouse and the arrow keys. This did not happen before. I tried to disable or enable smooth scrooling in the preferences but it did not help. If I have smooth scrolling on, it seems to make it even slower. Any help?
