Greetings,

I have Sonic Record Now version 7.10. Whenever I attempt to get updates from Sonic I get the following message: "The program was unable to connect to the update server. Please check your network connection." This has been going on from when I firsat got my computer approx 2 years ago. I have researched this issue and found others posting in the forum and have come up with more than one fix and does not address the version to which these fixes apply.

The fixes are "isum_hotfix.exe" and "um29.exe" -- neither address the version that I have which is Sonic Record Now Deluxe 7.10.

I also have another question regarding this software; however, in the interest of confusing I am posting seperately.

Any assistance is greatly appreciated and I thank you in advance.
