Every time I start or restart my Dimension XPS, the System 32 Folder opens and stays that way.  I always have to close it before going any further.

And everytime I shut down or restart the machine, it gives a strange message about a file called "navapsvc.exe" not having enough memory.

And finally, When restarting, I got the blue screen with the white letters telling me that it had just recovered from an error.  The details mentioned a file called "drvmcdb.sys." 

How can I clean all this garbage once and for all to get back the original flawless performance of this machine?  Thanks for any help.
