So I'm trying to fix my neighbor's laptop. They have NO idea of how to keep their computer secure, and want me to help them. I'm gonna' have to just wipe the whole thing down and start over. They tell me that they didn't get a restore disc, I can't find any app on the computer to make my own restore disc, and can't find anywhere where one could purchase a restore disc. Can anyone point me in a direction that would get me a restore disc? Thanks a ton.
