unable to reload operating system disk
Help! I"ve tried everything I know to do. Now I want to try just reloading my operating system but the computer won't recognize my cdrom drive. I read a post about the hard drive being formatted with NTFS, but I have no idea what that is. I've determined I don't have a virus but rather a problem with the operating system ("image bad dll.file") and other error messages. I can't get through to Dell online support (always busy) and I've spend 10 hours (no joke) online with Mcafee and they said no virus found. Any ideas, anyone? Thanks for any help. I'm not too literate about these things so please bear with me.
