I don't know if they have a method to their shipment right now.  Read some of the other posts on this forum about receiving the upgrades.

I'm interested have any Canadians received their upgrades?  We were not allowed to register for a month after American registrations.  If you are Canadian and have received an upgrade that would be interesting to me.

I'm an early January customer from the UK, and I have not heared (nor I think has anybody else from the UK).

 

It's a pitty that Dell does not run seperate upgrade programmes for each region, instead of one centralised one that is based in the US.

 

Furtermore, most consumers outside of the US have had to pay more than the equivilent of $10, so why should they get worse service??

I agree with you. I'm French and I had to pay 16€ which is more than ten dollars !!!
