I assume you are using Windows Mail? If so, open Windows Contacts and create and save all of your entries there. They will then be available when you use the Mail program.

No I havn't set up windows e-mail yet. mostly i'm talking about websites that want you to fill out information such as address and e-mail address. widows xp would save this information so you would't have to type very time.

In IE, Tools>Internet Options>Content tab and in the Auto Complete section, click on Settings.
