Has anyone seen an issue where WOL is not working on Dell systems with Windows 10?  Works fine on Dell systems with Windows 7 though.  I've followed the guidance in http://www.dell.com/support/article/us/en/04/sln307243/dell-system-models-will-not-wake-on-lan-in-windows-10?lang=en with making sure the BIOS and NIC drivers were updated.  BIOS is set to enable WOL as well as the OS NIC being set to allow magic packets.  I've turned fast startup off as suggested in the link but still no change.  The particular model I'm looking at is a Latitude 5580 but I've also seen the same issue on an older Latitude E6540.
