Have Dimension 8300 with Win XP Pro SP2

 

Had to reload XP Pro SP2 from scratch last week. 

 

Now the Windows\System32 Directory pops up on the desktop right after startup.  I have to close it everytime I restart the computer.

 

Where is this coming from ... and how can I shut it off??

 

Any ideas?
