Win7 Upgrade
I am getting the free Win7 upgrade. My question is this... Does anyone know if the 'upgrade' disk (s) allows for a full install or does it just bring Vista up to Win7?

You should be able to do either, you can update VIsta or do a Custom (clean) install. Just make sure that if you do a Custom Install that you back up all your data.
