Please try to boot your computer in safe mode. Delete the temp files from your computer.

If your computer facing the issue after installing any particular applications, please uninstall it and check whether you have the same issue.

I've tried to boot from safe mode , but it stucked when loading into it.

Also how do i uninstall any application that i recently installed?

What system model do you have? And also, go ahead and try running Dell Diagnostics by pressing F2 at startup, just to rule out any hardware issues. I will be out of the office until Tuesday but will be happy to take a look at this.

My System Model is : Inspiron 580

And here is my Processor Type in case you need it : Intel (R) Core(TM) i3 CPU 550 @3.20GHz

I couldn't find any options in F2 to run Dell Diagnostics, but i manage to run eSPA (F12) and found out there is no problems with my system.

I also tried to get into safemode, but it stucked when loading the files : aswbidsha.sys

Yes, I did run the F12 Diagnostics, and found out there are no problems with my system.

My problem is, basically i get stuck at everything such as '' Starting Windows ", Safe Mode, System Restore, Last Known Good Configuration, and it even stucked when i boot from a USB, the only option it can succesful load is the F12 Diagnostics which i already run before.

Sorry on the delay, did you have any further updates? What Virus scan are you trying to boot from the USB? 

Do you happen to have any of the restore disks that shipped with the computer?

Im using avast antivirus malware to scan for virus, when i boot from USB, at the moment i click ''Start Scan", it stucked there forever.

I dont have a empty DVD/CD to create a system restore disc from another computer, also i couldn't find a way to create the system restore in a USB.

Thanks for the update, this is a bit outside of normal support scope, but let me see if I can find any other steps for you. Also, on this system did you ever upgrade to Windows 10?

I've never upgrade it to Windows 10, it is always Windows 7.
