windows update kb 828026
I have installed this critical update on several occassions. My installation history indicates that this has been downloaded succesfully. However, I continue to receive notification on my task bar menu that this critical update is available to be installed. If I scan windows update for available updates, I am also notofied that this critical update is available for download. I have called Dell technical support on three occasions without sucess. Any suggestions????

On 3/3, your suggestion fixed the problem. Thankyou.
The problem has reappeared and I have followed the same procedure but this time with no success. Any suggestions?
