Does anyone know why when I have to close a program with the control-alt-del. the close out screen only stays for seconds and then goes away?  This also happens when opening up msconfig.  The screen comes up for only seconds then goes away.  I have ran norton virus,  spybot and adaware but nothing helps the problem.
