Please help,   I'm a new user of Windows XP and I have three user set up.  I made a destop icon for WP11 for one user, but cannot do it for the other users.  When I go to all programs, WP, the only choices I have are: Support; clipboard; perfect expert and Quad pro.     Please help????????
