wtoolsa has caused an error in kernel32.dll

i keep getting the above error message and it won't go away, even when i try and close it...it just keeps coming back.  i have tried system restore, but when i did that my norton antivirus software couldn't start, andi got a red warning window saying my antivirus software couldn't start.  so i undid the restore.  i have not added new programs or software to my pc to cause the prob.  i have done a defrag, and still get error.  the only time it will go away and stay away is when i close it while my AOL is connected.  But it comes back as soon as i am off the internet again.  Please somebody help.  thanks .

Copy and paste the text of the log into a message in the Virus Information and Removal forum where the HijackThis experts hang out.
