XP Pro - Removing MSN Explorer

Is it safe to uninstall MSN Explorer from my Inspiron 8200 and not cause major issues?

Yes, if you don't use it. I have uninstalled mine.

You can remove it from Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs.

Click on Add/Remove Windows Components button on the left.
