XP REINSTALLING

Hi everyone, i'm new so i need help, i bought a Dimension C521, and i installed Windows XP Pro, all went ok, but i made 3 accounts, and i can't acces to them because it asks for a password for each account, i didn't put any passwords so i don't know what happened, that is one, the other thing i was thinking about, it's to install again XP on the same partition, but i don't know what could happen if i do so, what can i do?, i can't enter the computer and i don't have the drivers cd, what will happen if i format the partition?, how can i restore my computer to the "as shipped state"?, thanks

the restore did not function right? or it did but it did not help.

this will fix the restore partition if you didn't delete it.

install then in this order. you should be able to pull your system configuration by putting your service tag in on the dell site. this will let you know what hardware you have.

    start with the XP CD.
Once XP is installed, install the chipset, notebook system software, video, audio, modem, network, touchpad and other drivers.

it didn't work, it only appears the welcome screen and the accounts, i can't enter in the administrator account in safe mode, it keeps asking for a pass for each one, however, what will happen if i install it again in the same partition?, thanks

you can get all the drivers you need on the download icon at dell. you just hace to install on that partition and it will ask you if you want to remove/delete the os and reinstalll.
