iPad PocketCloud with VMware View - Could not connect to server

iPad PocketCloud with VMware View - Could not connect to server

Hello,

I have a problem with an iPad from my client.

They have VMware View 4.6 and iPad. So one of them bought PocketCloud Pro (the paid version).
They tried to log in with VMware View protocol in their network. But doesn't work... (see the images below)

Those settings are right filled in:

And I tried with VMware View for iPad, that worked fine, there's no problem. Then now I don't understand why it works on VMware View for iPad but not on Wyse PocketCloud for iPad.

Can anyone help me? It's really urgent...

Thank you very much

    Hi Nickvd,
Are you able to connect to this view server from a desktop view client(same network as the device)?
Is ssl turned on on the server side? is tunneling on?
    Thank you!

Everythings works but execpt Wyse PocketCloud for iPad. VMware View Client for iPad works fine, but the problem on VMware View Client for iPad is the language for the keyboard. We have AZERTY, but VMware View Client only uses QWERTY. That's why one of my client bought the Wyse PocketCloud. But seems it won't connect... Houw should we resolve this? I don't think he's happy.

Hi Nick, May we know why you are using Dutch? Your device keyboard is set to french. I tried french keyboard with english on my windows 7 without any issue.
    Just trying to reproduce...
    Thank you!
