ThinOS actually is not an operating system so you cannot install anything locally. You can use a platform with SUSE Linux that has a native Firefox browser. In any case, ThinOS does connect to the WebInterface site but through PNagent (a browser-less protocol). What are you trying to use that makes you feel you need a browser?
