Sorry to say but currently this post is useless. Are you coming here to attempt to fix the problem or just to post a review? If you are just trying to report a bad experience, shouldn't you at least post the system which has a bad camera? How do I know you're not talking about a laptop from 10 years ago?

I kept my experience. Never expected from Dell for such low quality camera.
