Dell Shipping Different Name and Address Question
Hey all got a question. Im not sure where to post this but can a mod move this to the right subforum?
I have bought from dell's site many times whether laptop or desktop or mouse etc. I always have the item shipped to my address. I would like to order a few items and have the package shipped it to a friend in another state. I will be using my credit card etc. I know whenever i order from amazon and use my credit card, they don't care who i send the item or package to and i never have an issue. So many times i would have a package sent to a friend etc.
Does anyone know if there are any issues with this with dell site online?

Thank you for your message. Yes, you can have a different billing address & shipping address on the same order provided the order completes the verification.
When there is a mismatch found you will get a call from the verification team, once you verify all the details the order will go through.
You can also contact the verification team on 1-866-383-4713 (USA) after you place the order so that there is no delay.
