The HD520 is listed as 3840 x 2160 @ 30 Hz maximum external resolution.
Beyond that, this is an aging system with decidedly low-end graphics relative to newer Intel integrated GPUs -- it likely is not going to provide the best external video performance, particularly with a high-resolution external monitor.
