Thanks for posting.  Apologies that your system is not performing as expected.

Have you tried to disable the driver and then enable it again?

steps

• windows key, type "device manager"
• in device manager find your bluetooth device, double click to open the drop down
• find the device with the exclamation mark, right click disable
• then right click on it again to enable
