I have a nearly 3-yr old dell xps15. First year I had it, BSODs nearly every day. Then Dell (or Intel) got it together, and the thing has worked flawlessly until about 2 weeks ago, when it intermittently started skipping keys (typically "e", "d", "c"). First thought it was dirt under the keyboard, but air didn't help. Based on other inputs, pretty clear that this is a BIOS or driver problem that happened with some new update. I have updated to the latest Dell BIOS/drivers, but still gets it every once in a while. Had issues at the start of this post, but typing perfectly now. Really annoying typing the multiple Captchas that Dell throws at you when you try to set up an account.
