When you run a bootable flash drive, Dell launches the BIOS Memory Scan Service. There are no problems, but the scan runs again and again. Previously, this was not. How to run a flash drive?
Are you accessing the one-time boot menu by pressing F12 during startup and selecting to boot from USB? If not, do that. If you’re already doing that and the system is running diagnostics instead, then it means the boot attempt from USB failed. Verify that the USB drive you have is bootable from another system, it recreate it. You’ll need to make sure the flash drive is set up to be bootable in the same mode as your system expects to boot, namely Legacy BIOS or UEFI. Also try other USB ports or other flash drives, since I’ve seen reports that on some Dell systems, only certain USB ports can be used for booting, and some flash drives simply don’t work for booting at least with some systems.
