Wiped external hard drive by service techinican

I recently purchased DELL XPS13in laptop. It had very high fan noise when it goes to sleep mode. Finally after several discussion with Technical support they diagnosed to change my mother board. The guys came for relacing the mother board he told me after opening the laptop that ..I need to take backup of data before he opens it. Dell Tech support did not advice me about this in advance before sending the service technician to replace the mother board. So I have to book one time for replacing the mother board. This time I took a back of my complete data into my external Hard disc.
The service Technician came and replaced the mother board and the try to get the system image from my external hard discs. During the process he wiped of my complete hard disc with CMD command "Clean". Now I lost around 1TB of my data which is very important for me. This matter got escalated to Technical support...now they are saying they cant help and not responsible for the loss of my external Hard disk data. Since this is my business laptop it is very important to retrieve the data at any cost.
So I went and brought this data extraction software "Tenorshare 4DDiG". But it is not extracting the data in the same file/folder it is stored before. This is not I want. I am ready to pay for your service..if could help me fix it.
Can some one help me here and let me know how to make DELL accountable for this mistake.

Thanks for the reply..as mentioned I purchased "Tenorshare 4DDiG"...This software trying to recover the data. But after recovery when I look into the file and folder strcture it is completly distorted. That means it is recovering all exel , PDF , videos and photos like this.. It is grouping as per file type. Intead of recoving the exact files and folders in which it is stored previously. I hope you understand what I mean. Still not data is been written in the hard disc after it has been formatted. I am still keeping it safe.
So if you know some one who can recover the exactly in the same files and folder structure in which it was stored. As I said I can pay for the service.

Pl. stop sending private message...You guys are absolutely waste. I am not asking any support from you ...I learned enough you guys are super useless. So pl. dont be smart as..and send me lot of private messages. If you want to talk and have guts ..reply to this main forum.
You could try out a few softwares, see which one has the options you are looking for, most of them have trial versions you can test before you buy one, honestly I don't know them very well but perhaps someone will be able to give you a suggestion.
Or if you want a technician to do it for you, just look for a shop offering data recovery service in your town, google should give you plenty of options, and I don't think it will be very expensive since your hard disk isn't broken.

If he has simply formatted your drive, and if you haven´t written anything on it since, then all your data is still there, a good software should be able to recover 99% of the data. A simple format doesn't delete your data, it just eliminates the "address book", your system doesn't know what is where any more and it writes over everything considering it as empty. So you can get it back!
If you don't feel comfortable doing it yourself you can contact a data recovery service and ask them to do it. It should be cheap, given that your harddrive isn't broken.
