Have had the xps 13 7360 replaced after receiving this message the first week we had the machine.  Dell deceptively replaced with a refurbished machine.  Then six months later, same message on the new/refurb.  Technician replaced with new cpu/hardrive/fan combo but was unable to reinstall the operating system! Had to do that myself.  Then less than 3 months later, same issue.

sending a tech to replace it again, but im sure it will happen again.  

product is junk, steer clear.
