Suddenly I've got the same trouble as others today. I do not even carry my Dell XPS 15-9570 anywhere, it always is on my table, not to mention it hadn't been fallen down or something. The most offensive thing is that all those annoying troubles with the laptop (e.g. sound crackling) are beyond warranty. I fell absolutely helpless and cheated. I regret so much that I moved from Asus to Dell.
