This model is not on the list of supported systems for Windows 11 (and the CPU isn't on Microsoft's supported list either).
Your best option is to continue using Windows 10 on the system.

Much confusion here because the model is listed incorrectly. alekei has the XPS 15 9575 2-in-1, not the XPS 15 9575.
The XPS 15 9575 2-in-1 is validated for Windows 11. (Note: only with select Intel 8th Generation Processors, check Microsoft's PC Health Check app for eligibility)
The XPS 15 9575 is not validated for Windows 11.

it is listed . it recommended it that i update the windows otherwise i wouldnt do it ...

sooo now that you replied to the others how about we deal with my problem . it is not if my machine is listed for windows 11 it is why cant i open the radeon graphics program. should i keep waiting for an answer?
