Having a boot problem with my dell. 

Move to desired boot. Enter for boot esc for cancel 

Boot mode UEFI Secure boot ON

UEFI BOOT: Windows, network boot

OTHER OPTIONS: Setup, diagnostics, change boot mode setting

 

This appears when I turn my computer on. It does not let me enter, F2 or windows boot manager. What should I do for computer to turn on?
