Hi there,

I am trying to use Dell EMC Enterprise Storage Analytics for vRealize Operations 7.2 to collect information from our Powerflex Manager. The test connection was successful but the adapter is not collecting any information from it. The error message from collector log is:

2024-07-09T05:20:59,278+0000 ERROR [Collector worker thread 11] com.integrien.alive.collector.CollectorWorkItem3.run - Exception in WorkItem.run().

VMware Aria Operations version is 8.17.1 (23642243)

Powerflex Manager version 4.5

I would appreciate any help to troubleshoot this issue.
