Should I just delete this App? From what I've read, it's an ongoing issue.

There may be a conflict between the alienware app and killer control center.  Try disabling gamefast in the killer control center.

'Well, that worked! Thanks for your expertise.  But why would I want to keep Gamefast shut off in exchange for My Alienware app? Why not just fix the app?' It takes them a while to Patch software incompatibilities, if they do decide to.  First it has to be brought to their attention, then if they do decide to patch, it probably depends too on the urgency and other factors (e.g., will it damage the system like a bad BIOs update vs. is it a smaller inconvenience, also is the system still being sold vs discontinued, etc.)

I made it an exception/app allowed by Killer and it works great now.
