Aurora R12, connectivity
I have an Alienware Aurora R12 but when I tried to run the Alienware Command Center today (which I have run successfully in the past [many times, but the most recent success was about 2 weeks ago]), it failed. It gave me a message indicated that I need to start the Dell Client Management Service. Due to some other issue I had about a week ago, a Dell tech-support person had helped me solve a problem, and I believe part of that solution was the get the Alienware Client Management Service running (I don't even see DCMS in my list of services anymore).
I have the most recent version of Alienware Command Center, so what can I do about this? In my opinion, this is very poor compatibility between Dell & Alienware (given that Dell *owns* Alienware). Even if it's somehow tied to the operating system settings, it seems like something Dell should address.

Since you have an Aurora-R12, I would try a clean-install of this:
https://www.dell.com/support/home/en-us/drivers/driversdetails?driverid=9vn5w&oscode=w2021&productcode=alienware-aurora-r12-desktop
During install, it should fetch (from the Internet) and install any other prerequisite software components.
