Aurora R4, error code 2000-0122, validation code 84137

Hi,

I am an owner of Alienware Aurora R4 from 2013 and today there had been instances of the PC won't start up and has black screen if turn it on, and sometime it work, this happen usually if I turned the PC on for first time in the next day and i have to turn it off if the PC had this black screen and beeping sound never stop.

So i have run diagnostic online for Quick and Extensive test, nothing show up i have an errors everything is green.

until I checked the offline diagnostic ePSA tool for the quick test and i have got this message in the log repeated many times as below is shown and i think it has to do with RAM slots or the RAM itself.

And to let you know that all the hardware firmware are up to date windows is 10 and is up to date also

I want to verify from the humble dell community what is exactly wrong with this error and what is the solution

By the way do i need to put new thermal paste on the main processor after 8 years as I am noticing there is increasing in the heat temperature above 50 oC and 60 oC normally?

@EdenZ

There are no soft fixes for bad ram.

If it never failed there would be no need to put them in sockets.

Take out all ram and put in sticks one at a time to run tests. The error is VERY specific as to what is wrong.

if any stick fails put that aside as permanently bad.

Once all sticks are tested put the ram back first in the white ear slots as a pair then the black slots as a pair.
