Aurora R9, whirring noise? something concerning?

https://streamable.com/egk4se

To provide context, just got this R9 a month ago - I already know its gonna be loud (I read the reviews) so I know what I was getting into however recently, I found it strange that it does make this whirring noise (see above)

Not sure what to do at this point, is this something I should be worried about? Maybe contact dell's tech support?

Appreciate the advices.

EDIT: I think the video compressed the audio a bit but it is louder than whats streamable is producing

Rtx 2080 with air cool. Hmmm.  Open up the case and check the fans. Make sure you turn off pc and unplugged powercord. Air cool fan does make loud noises because its regular fan by dell.  Hand spin the fans and check any debris. And make sure all fans are not clogged neither hitting against onjects. Next is Try to locate the noise by turning on pc without cover. Use flashlight and ear to locate the noise. If its the cpu fan then get a better fan.
