AW2725DF, AWCC problems changing settings

AWCC has problems with changing certain settings on the monitor. First of all, it has trouble recognizing the firmware version I currently use, as seen in the screenshot.

It also constantly prompts me to upgrade my firmware version, even though I am on M3B104.

Changes to the brightness and contrast, as well as preset modes only happen with severe delay. Turning on HDR and any settings to do with AlienVision have no effect at all. I can't even change the crosshair.

I've tried:

  • Reinstalling the app
  • Downgrading the app to a previous version
  • Downgrading the firmware to a previous version
  • Setting the monitor back to factory settings

UPDATE: So I've tested the software on another PC and it's definitely either an issue with AWCC or Win11. I plugged the monitor into my old PC (which was still running Windows 10), and tried to change the settings there.

Lo and behold, it worked! It even properly recognized my firmware.

My AWCC lists my firmware as M????5255, but the OSD lists M3B103.

Also, the "Display Settings", "Input Source", and "Others" buttons in Dell Display and Peripheral Manager are greyed out for me. DDC/CI is On in my OSD and the monitor is connected with both DisplayPort and USB. Now I cannot change my monitors settings via software like I could in the past. I can change the lighting and resolution / refresh rate in AWCC.
