AW3423DW, manually reset the panel refresh timer?
I've been struggling to get my Alienware AW3423DW to complete a panel refresh when prompted. I think it finally finished, but it immediately gave me the message that I need to do it again. I checked in the service menu and the panel refresh timer did not reset- is there any way to manually reset the panel refresh timer?

1. The "Clean Run" Method
Sometimes, the PC waking up or a background process sending a signal to the monitor interrupts the refresh without you realizing it.
Disconnect the DisplayPort/HDMI cable from the back of the monitor so it receives no input signals.
Ensure Eco Mode is turned OFF in the OSD (On-Screen Display). Sometimes Eco Mode puts the monitor to sleep before the refresh finishes logging.
Manually start the Panel Refresh from the OSD (
Others->OLED Panel Maintenance->Panel Refresh).Let it run completely uninterrupted. The power button should pulse red for about an hour. Do not press the power button or touch the joystick until it finishes and goes into standby.
2. Factory Reset
If the clean run doesn't work, the firmware might be stuck.
Perform a Factory Reset from the OSD menu.
After the monitor restarts, immediately run the Panel Refresh again.
