Ok! I think is the AWCC program. The one that windows does on the updates to control some features of the monitor. The issue is when it hijack your power plan to balance. So if you have a Dell monitor and a Dell machine I assume you will not have any issues. The main problem came when you have a Dell monitor but your pc is a Hi End none Dell. The nightmare start. Even if you make a custom power plan using power shell it goes back to balance.
