Has anyone had any luck sourcing replacement keycaps for the AW510K keyboard? One of our caps broke and it seems near impossible to get an answer from customer support. So frustrating!

Keyboards purchased directly from Dell get exchanged, not fixed. Dell does not provide keycaps. New Alienware Low Profile RGB Mechanical Gaming Keyboard: AW510K | Dell USA

I really dont want to replace a 6 month old keyboard because a keycap broke, hopefully there is an option

I have the same issue - all good but one key broken after 7 months...

Does anyone have an update to this? I have one broken keycap as well.

After a small round about with Tech Support, someone finally helped me out. They do indeed replace the entire keyboard.

Glad to hear that you are getting a replacement. I have the same issue. Called Tech Support today and they are sending me a replacement keyboard.
