My computer will power up but will repeatedly beep until I power it off again. It will not send an image to the monitor either. I believe the beep code is one but i don't know how to fix that are what i need to do. Please someone help me out here. Thanks

Without your specific model we can't say for sure.
However, 1 beep in many Dell's is a System Board BIOS ROM Failure.
What happened before the problem? Did you attempt to update the BIOS? Have a power failure?

Area 51 R2 is what I have. I am not sure what happened to cause this to happen. I have no idea what the BIOS is so I did not try to update it purposely.

None of the Dell documentation, that I found, has any beep codes listed so I have to assume the general beep codes apply.
Thus either a BIOS (setup) or general motherboard failure.
With the PC powered off, open the case and locate the CR2032 coin cell battery on the motherboard (this is for the CMOS memory/BIOS). Remove the battery for at least 10 minutes. Reinstall and power on, see if this helps or changes things. If not, a motherboard failure is what I suspect. There is an outside chance the power supply is the problem but based on the 1 beep code its leaning to a motherboard.
